Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will automatically be charged 50% of total service. Cancelling the same day of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. NO CALL, NO SHOW: Any person who does not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. In this case, 50% of the service cost will be charged, and you will need to reschedule your appointment. *Reminder text and emails are sent 72 hours prior to start of appointment, please ensure the email and number provided are correct*
